How can I do this?

I'd like to setup a league with the top teams in a decade. For example, the 1950s. In the American League, the best Yankee team, best Red Sox, etc. Same for the National League. No minors. What would be the best and easiest way?

Create a league, any league at all. Set it to start the year you want your league to start, ie 1950.

Once created, go to league setup, edit league structure under "functions". Once there, you will see an option to import historical team. You can bring in any team from any year in history.

Delete the teams from your original configuration, assuming you don't want them of course.

Adjust/modify divisions, leagues, etc from here.

Go back to league setup, create a new schedule or import one if so desired.

Edit any other settings to your personal preferences and enjoy your league.
