Any other add-on central issues?

When I get the game, all I see in Add-On Central is the OOTP Developments server. But when I try to add my own additional servers they don't appear on the list and their mods aren't available to me. Am I doing something wrong?

You need to enter the entire URL including the name of the XML file.
