What Determines New Personality Ratings After League Conversion?

I see we have 5 new personality ratings, cool, but what determines what they are for a league going from 15 to 16? I have yet to convert the league in question so not sure what some of the new ratings are but just curious.

I think these are fairly accurate for Parkman. Noticed Adaptability seems to be 0 for everyone i checked and handle critics is low for most players i checked.
