Advice about setting up league statistical totals

I am currently in the process of creating a fictional league that I plan to post as a Quickstart. It has a major league, 5 levels of minors, and college and HS feeders, as it's intended to be used for a stats only league.

When you start a fictional league, the game generates automatic league totals that result in a league that is very offensive. I know how to choose a year in MLB history and adjust your league totals to that year, but what I'm not sure about is how to handle the statistical totals and modifiers for the minor leagues and feeder leagues. What have others who set up fictional leagues with minors and feeders done?
