How to get NCAA League?

I've been trying to set up a custom College Baseball League, but I can never quite get the settings right. I was wondering if someone could explain the settings they use, or possibly pm me about it. Thanks in advance!

I just can't seem to quite work out the contracts and salary (or lack thereof). It also is tough figuring out how to get non-conference games, if that's possible.
