1) Can you restart a season back to Opening Day? If so, how?

2) How do I turn off AI, so that humans manage every game and no games are simmed?

I think you need to become the manager to control every game. I am half way through the 2020 season as the Mets GM and manager so I "play" every game. I have a 42-42 record. I enjoy the option buttons in game play. Such as hit away/bunt/hit and run/ pitch/throw to a base etc.. I get very realistic scores and stats. I am really glad I found this sim. Hope this helps.somewhat.

#1 - Make a copy of your league folder before starting your season. When you want to play it over, delete/move the one you played and put the copy in its place.

You sure can. Within the options of the screen before you play the selected game you can select to not simulate the rest of the days games. I'm at work now so I'm unable to see the exact location. Just know that you can play out each and every game if you'd like.

I hit 'Continue' and it just plays the games.

There's no way to start a season over once it's started?
