Minor league coaches

My entire minor league coaches are gone. Is there a way to auto-pic their replacements?

Plus..... none of the coaches will sign with my organization ! They all refuse !

You can put them onto your team via the editor.

Under "Manager / Team Control Settings" assign "Sign / Fire Minor League Personel" to your assistant GM. Also personel that refused to sign with your team will now sign. Once all posotions are filled you can change the setting again.

This is very common, especially in the first season or two with coaches who's contracts expire. I've learned to now offer 5 year contracts only on all my coaches so I avoid having to re-up or find new coaches every year. I will always have a few who want to move on but not 10+ that can happen when you only sign 1-2 year contracts.

Minor league managers are my main importance over pitching and hitting coaches. I always hire excellent or good development guys. If I have to hire an average or fair for a lower level position, I sign them to 1 year deals so I can upgrade the following season.

When you find a good manager or coach, keep them. AND avoid the tedium of hiring new ones.

Hopefully, the developers will change it, so that managers and coaches can be hired away from their current teams
