pbp & pitcher warm up

do you guys play full pitch mode? do you use the option to warm up your pitchers manually?

I play one pitch mode and I decide when I want to put a reliever in the bullpen. When the starter is close to his limit or struggling I visit the mound. One thing I always do is put someone in the bullpen before visiting the mound.
