Yes, that's a big disappointment.

I set up my own non-licensed leagues with 25, which was a lot of work. I haven't started a new save game with 26 because it seems there are still some bugs to be ironed out.

I'm thinking about adding Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Mexico, Cuba, and a few others, now that I know not to make the same mistakes I made in 25. The big mistake was that I set the player creation modifiers in those leages too high, and there were too many highly-rated foreign players flooding MLB once they reached free agency.

Anyway, in lieu of no competition, OOTP is it for me. Not a ringing endorsement, but it is what it is.

problem is as we saw with 2K getting the NFL license back a few years ago the agreement may limit how it can be used

Just fired up my Win7 PC to go back to the future I get the cost/benefit analysis but it's still a bummer for those of us that liked more Worldball.
