No, it was Juan Nieves in April 1987 during the 13-game win streak to start the season ... Higuera came close a couple of time, his best season was 1988, but he was hampered by injuries. If I remember correctly without checking the web he started with the Brewers in 1986 but already was in his late 20's and never pithced a no-no.

I'm sure about that because he was my favorite Brewers pitcher during his stint in Milwaukee.

Speaking of No-Hitters, this dude pitched one against my Brewers in 1994 (Don't worry, he's not wearing a different number. The "slight guy" with #14 is Twins first baseman Kent Hrbek )

He was part of probably the greatest times in Brewers history but always played in the shadow of Yount and Molitor

D is for Dean,
The grammatical Diz,
When they asked, "Who's the tops?"
Said correctly, "I is."

In 1972, the White Sox took a chance on him and came away with the American League MVP.

I still don't understand why he is treated far worse than cocaine or PED users ... everybody who saw him play knows that he never bet against his team or played to lose.
He long should be in the Hall of Fame
