One of the team's major goals is to have a winning record in each month, no backward steps. So far, so good.

As long as the team stays in the middle for runs scored, the team should be alright. Any significant slipping could create a major problem.

Team defense is much improved, highlighting just how poor it was last season.

Bullpen slipped a bit, still very effective.

Albies and Arenado are killing me. I traded Betts, so I suppose I shouldn't be hesitant to consider moving them, despite the high it might cause in fan interest. We'll let some more time go by and see if production improves.

Well, we can beat lefties now .... after something like 5-15 in 2025.

Still positive W-L in each month.

Offense is mid-pack, which is acceptable given that we're focused on defense primarily at 3 positions, C, SS, CF.

Arenado and Albies are killin' us. The under performance, the big negative WPA, the negative WAR.

Losing the series to last place Nebraska was unexpected, Then dropped the series to suffering KC, scraped together a single close win at LA, and at least we started the big series with Windy City with a bang.
