Here are a few options: 1959, 1952 & ca. 1960-64.

The B on the cap and uniform in the first photo (1959) appears to be for the Phillies' AAA - International league affiliate, Buffalo Bisons.

The player wearing #23 in the background of the third Chris Short pic is right-handed, so we can say it's not Dennis Bennett, which would narrow the date of this picture down a little more to 1960-'62. That means #23 could either be John Buzhardt (1960-'61) or Paul Brown ('62).

#46 is probably Dallas Green who wore #46 from 1960-'64, though Don Cardwell was also a righty and wore #46 for the first month of the 1960 season.
