Here's what I put together off the photo you scanned. Its funny that you posted this, because I wound up ordering a 1979 Mariner program off ebay about 3-4 days ago. I wish I posted here earlier and I could have saved myself some time / $

The Chink_Heileman image in the Facepack and on Heileman's B-R.com page actually pictures Maysville, KY amateur teammate Van Winely. Here is the real Heileman, taken (and cleaned up as much as possible) from the Maysville team woodcut in the 09-Nov-1895 Sporting News.
