For the Braves, I have these two 1950 images. For the Cubs, I have this photo of Manville from 1952 and this 1952 style card made of him in the set known as masked and anonymous.

Thanks to Braves 70 and the cats pajamas for those photos of Dick Manville. - Really great stuff guys. I liked the '52 Topps style card a lot, but really all the photos were great.
Funny thing about Manville is that he is so obscure that he wasn't added to the Wikipedia 100 Oldest living MLB players list when he should have been. About a month later some Wikipedia editor or contributor spotted the omission and corrected the error, adding Manville to the list and knocking the guy who had been ranked # 100 off the list. Manville shares a Christmas Day, 1925 birthday with Ned Garver and the two are tied for 96th oldest on the Wikipedia list at this time.
Yankees 1B - Hank Workman now ranks at #100, and Cubs and Dodgers 3B Randy Jackson was displaced from the regular list and knocked back to the supplementary list at #101. (The supplementary list starts at #101 and goes as high as the number of players the Wikipedia editors care to share with the public - usually it tops out at anywhere between 105 and 115). Currently, the youngest and last player on the supplementary list at #113 is Phillies RHP Bob Miller.

The Things That Turn Up

I've never seen Roric Harrison in color in a Twins' uni, have you?

This was part of a grab-bag auction lot that included "some baseball negatives." Turns out to be about 1,000 of them, seemingly all 1978, seemingly half of them Ron Jackson. Nevertheless, a few unlikely guys which I'll share as I get to scan them:

Rasmussen

Thanks Merkle for the explanation.

Then as now I could never understand why, if you were a Major League pitcher intent on changing your first name to something entirely new, you'd go for "Eric" rather than Sandy or Christy or Cy.

Raul Ibanez - End Of The Trail?

It looks like 42-year-old, Raul Ibanez may have reached the end of the line as a major league player with his release by the Angels yesterday.
Overall he had a very good career (2128 games, 2019 hits, 303 Home Runs, 1202 RBI, 1 All-Star game appearance where he was elected as a starter, and a .273 career batting average in 19 seasons).
Could members please post photos of him in the various stages of his MLB career? (Seattle - 3 times, Kansas City, Philadelphia, NY Yankees and LA Angels).
