3 HOFers: Leo Durocher, Mel Ott, Johnny Mize ( Durocher replaced Ott as manage midway through the 48 season. His inclusion in this set seemingly indicates this was a set issued in late 1948)

The youngest man on Wikipedia's oldest living major league
