Any chance you'd be willing to take a stab at the renovated Hinchliffe that just opened this year?

Thanks!

Just wanted to thank the makers of this Mod, Silvam14 & Adion. I have been using them for years and it greatly improves my enjoyment of the game. Recently, I have started streaming OOTP on Twitch and many comment on the pleasure the historical ballparks give them. I always refer them to this thread and tell them of the great work you do. Thanks again for bringing this great mod to the community.

My own stupid fault

Hoping someone can help. EDIT fixed the first problem.

These fab stadiums are reverting back to the default each year of my historical save and when I tried to point the game to the folder on the DB tab in 24 I got in much bother with crashes and the like.

What is the process to have these automatically roll over whenever the park changes?

Thanks for any help.

Hey Silva, just wondering about Griffith Stadium. I saw the the first night games were in 1941. You don't have any lights until 1951. Anyway that can be fixed? Maybe just change the date of the 1951 file to 41?

right fielder playing out of the stadium

how do you get the right fielder to play in front of the fence in some of the weird shaped parks?

yeah, nothing you can do about that one. Its a limitation of the game which I have asked to have them look into.

Silvam, is it possible to modify the few stadiums that have this issue with the outfielder starting behind the wall? Maybe just make the ballpark a bit bigger than it was? Do we know what the minimum dimensions need to be to eliminate this problem?

Wondering if anyone would want to take a shot at Bank One Ballpark? It's Chase Field, prior to the name change in 2006. The Arizona Republic sign, flags, etc.

Bank One Ballpark 1998-2004

*Update 9/5: Redid vertical sides of the scoreboard*

*Update 8/29: I got the center of the scoreboard right, using an actual photo from the early days of the BOB. Also added the American and Arizonan flags which hung on either side of the clock*

I edited my first ballpark, editing Silvam's wonderful creation of Chase Field. I did my best to take it back to the pre-2005 era, when it was known as the "BOB", (I grew up in AZ, some people still call it that). Bank One Ballpark. I can't have sketchup on my old computer, preventing me from fully being able to do what I wanted with the BOB...but most noticeably, I was able to place the clock and "Arizona Republic" sign in CF, where the Chase sign now sits in the modern park. Also used actual large advertisements that donned the back wall behind CF. Couldn't find usable pre-2005 images of the large pictures on the outside of the park, so I took the liberty of posting photos of six members of the 2001 championship team.

Again, Silvam did the original 3D model of the park, all credit goes to him. I just added some window dressing and switched a few things to resurrect the BOB.

This is really well done. The only thing that I might suggest is to add in the strip of dirt from the pitcher's mound to home plate similar to how Comerica Park is. That was one of the signature features of the original Bank One Ballpark that I grew up going to.

Good suggestion. I'm trying, but I don't think I can add a strip with editing the .ootp3D model, which my old computer lacks the technology to do so.

Really like the Tim Horton's logo. We have what seems like hundreds of them in the Buffalo area.

I second this idea! Would love to see the strip from the mound to the plate. One of my favorite parts of BOB Also, maybe we can add the logo behind the plate like this image.

Every Teams Jersey Numbers Are Red

Can anyone tell me why all of the teams jersey numbers are red? I copied and pasted files from a thumb drive and all of the historic uniforms have red jersey numbers...

Are you using a historical exhibition mode by any chance?
