16 teams in the East and only 12 in the West? You'll have to move a couple of teams over, say, Detroit and...Atlanta? Maybe Pittsburgh? Or start adding some more teams out west, like Phoenix or Seattle...

I guess there'll never be a NJ Devils in this universe, huh?

But what happens to Carolina?
