If I'm not sure of accent colors I'll attempt to find a pic of a jersey with web searches. Dressed to the nines drawings aren't clear enough to show the finer details and in some cases colors are incorrect. I recently discovered a site called MLBcollectors.com which traces caps and uniforms of MLB teams from 1900 on. This is the best resource I've seen for determining team colors.

I use dressed to the nines and google searches for specific uniforms. Sportslogos.net is another resource that I use from time to time. I agree with Ctrane, that Kiki Cuyler image you posted is spectacular.
