general tourney FYI for those who compete in Silver tourneys.... the Monthly Silver Jackpot tourney kicks off in just over 3 days (150K top prize, nice payouts down to 16th place). 30 of 128 spots taken, so keep an eye on it and nab a spot before it fills up.

Gold playoffs:

Mad Brewers, Syrups survive with 3 games to 2 victories in LDS and advance to meet up in the LCS…. Shiners advance to put three OL teams in the LCS, and guarantee three OL teams moving up to Diamond

Yeah, I’ve been trying to focus on specific paths with the missions, and trying to nab deals on the players I need when they show up…. Next up is the STL team 2 mission for the Hrabosky award, which will instantly give the Musial FH2 award…. Definitely takes time to save up for some of these players, but what’s the rush?

At least for one week, Diamond will have a few teams! Not sure Knockemstiff will quite be up to the task yet though...

I'd like my to add one of my alternates to the OL mix. i had some other ideas for them, but recent card releases have changed my mind. they just graduated to gold, so if you are going to be in gold, please add:

Waffletown's Jackie Robinson caps off a stellar season, nabbing not only a Great Glove award at second base, the Platinum Stick award; but also the MVP! (second consecutive MVP for a Waffletown player at the Gold tier)

Late Saturday It was anyone's guess who would get both the division title or WC.It could have easily been Nowhere, Annandale -OL or Ronkonkom & the Men got hot at the right time (after having a horrible last month). All 3 fought to the absolute very end.

I'm as surprised as everyone else. The OL will once again be represented in the Perfect League (for one more week anyway).

might celebrate by locking in some of the FH I have been hesitant to commit to & rip some packs. in the 'why not' kind of mood & thinking of putting Appling on the team before next week, but not really sure where he fits.

* picked up an MVP (Jackie Robinson) & Reliever of the Year (Johnny Sain) as well. nice. Sain has been a lights out stopper from the day I pulled him.

OL grabbed three PT crowns! I'm hoping the new look Mundys spark some interest in me. It was frustrating because the time I had available to do it was during playoffs, so the AI kept resetting the team. Ugh! Hope it sticks.

This is all bittersweet after I've been wanting more OL teams in Diamond for the last few weeks. Now a handful are coming up. awesome!
