On the first page of my Miscellaneous Fighters thread I posted a fellow by the name of Darrell Young. Calling him a fighter is an insult to fighters. He just showed up in sneakers and took an obvious dive against James Ellis. The audience, including me, just laughed. I rated him as low as you can possibly do within the current TBCB parameters.

Funny stuff

This guy showed up for his lone pro bout in Fiji wearing no shoes at all and shorts that looked as though they belonged to a smaller man. I have the photo somewhere to prove it.

To beat a dead horse, either of these gentlemen would beat Ali a time or two if you ran 1,000 fights with them at CF 4 and PL 22. That doesn't represent this level of fighter in my opinion, you have to go lower.

I agree that the reasoning behind the new template series is sound, but for it to be meaningful, thousands of already rated fighters need to be redone. Any volunteers. Not I. By the way, I don't care how many times you pit Danell Young against Muhammed Ali, unless Ali gets himself DQ'd Young is NEVER going to beat him. It's simply not going to happen no matter what the mathematical computation any statistician comes up with. Some things that are theoretically possible really are not.
