Yes, I think You're right. Both Eugene Volaires are the same fighter. I've seen such errors occasionally in boxrec but luckily they're rare. There has been an occasional Mexican who turned up with slightly different spellings of his name and, thus, two boxrec entries and two boxrec numbers. You have to keep a sharp eye.
