If that is the same team photo I saw a while ago on ebay, then Dave Gallagher is in it too. That is the only photo I have ever seen of Gallagher with the Tribe, and he may be among the missing. If you could post an enlarged version of the Gallagher shot here I for one would be very grateful.

I know this is a long shot, but I was thinking that by 1997, Getty and some other entity were already making files of spring training picture day head shots.
Hensley Muelens, the first true Curacao major leaguer, was with the Braves from the onset of camp until March 20 in the spring of 1997. That would have been a big enough time frame for him to be included in the picture days.
Wonder if anyone had a color head shot of Muelens as a Brave from that spring? Thanks in advance for looking.

There's a Brace shot of him in the 1971 "A's" cap with vest, and a McCarthy of the utility infielder in the '72 doubleknits, and here from Topps is one of a couple of images in the "A" cap from spring training 1970:

We're no Yankees expert, but it would seem that this could be a scare image (Lexibell) of wartime New York pitcher Johnny Johnson. He was 0-2 in 22 appearances in the '44 season, then was, at age 30, traded to the White Sox for 1945 (3-0, 4.26).

New York Yankees' Old Timers day has long been a treasure trove of heroes of the past, some seldom seen in baseball circle at any other time.

Flanking writer and media pioneer John Kieran at the 1949 Old Timer's Day are Yankees of yore, Wally Pipp (1915-25), Joe Dugan (1922-28), Bob Meusel (1920-29) and Mark Koenig (1925-30).
