got an unexpected trip this weekend (leaving tomorrow evening/back Sun afternoon), so will be out of pocket Sat and Sun morning.... just combed over the Go app and didn't see any team-v-team stats available on the mobile app... so won't be able to post Gold standings on Sat, and the final results will be after I get back Sunday afternoon...
if anyone else wants to grab 'em Sat/Sun, feel free... otherwise I'll get 'em when I return |

Gold league:
the Mad Brewers lead the pack heading into the dog days of summer. Plenty of games remaining for these standings to go any which way, so should be a fun final two months down the stretch. |

Gold
Silly is still paving the way with the best record in OL and PT. OL currently has 4 teams in the playoffs with 2 challenging along with 4 teams that may make trip back to silver.

Keystone Out in Front in OL B225
The Kops surged a bit at the top of the stretch to grab the pole in a two team race with Asheboro. Both teams will be very busy in September, so the race could last until late in the season. Terra Incognita, in third, while not eliminated, needs to win it's remaining quartet of games and still hope for help. The teams' schedules:
Keystone - 1 @ OLM, 3 vs. LVT, 4 @ GCB, 3 @ LVT, 3 vs, CLC, 3 @ CLC Asheboro - 4 vs, SHG, 3 vs, RHR, 3 @ LVT, 3 vs. OLM, 3 @ SHG Terra Incognita - 1 @ SFG, 3 @ SFG While no teams are in a relegation spot, Route 66 is just a half-game clear. |

Diamond League
Looks like Annandale can turn off their engines and coast home!
Cary are flirting a bit with relegation, while Knockemstiff look odds on to go down. Last edited by Tinkerman; 09-18-2021 at 07:14 AM. |

Port Ruppert Noses To Front in OL S279
The Mundys lead a quartet of contenders as the teams race for the tape in what will be a busy final month. Only Baltimore, with just four to play, will have limited control of its destiny. Inland Empire looms as a dark horse, as the Wranglers will double their total of OL games, with enough contests against the contenders to make a miracle run. At the very least, they could have a lot to say about who prevails.
The schedules: Port Ruppert - 4 vs. WBF, 3 @ IEW, 3 vs, LCL Sunday - 3 @ IEW, 3 @ GTW, 3 vs. GTW WBF - 3vs.ASK, 4 @ PRM, 3 vs. BRS Baltimore - 4 vs. NYP Inland Empire - 3 vs. SUD, 3 @ ASK, 3 @ GTW, 3 vs. PRM, 4 @ GEB |

I've been busy and had little time for PT this week, so haven't altered my rosters at all. I'm hoping to recharge my batteries for an enthusiastic run at packs when the final live update has happened.
I was thinking of writing a 6 month report on Paxville's progress, but, after casting a critical eye over their 'development' over the last few months, I decided it was a bit depressing . Man, the AI has their number when it comes to packs. If they haven't finished a "good" mission when it drops, they won't... or so it would seem. I was lucky to get McGwire! But their offense is too weak for Gold now, which I'm honestly a bit sad about. With Knockemstiff, I finished a few nearly done missions on Sun/Mon, and now intend to just open their tourney packs for a while until something else is easy to finish. My 2nd and 3rd teams are not supposed to demand too much of my time, and the Shiners have also drifted a bit too much from their theme. And speaking of my 3rd team. I'm growing to really like Seattle! I think smallball is under utilized. However, their progress will probably be quite slow now, as I'm only going to enter daily and weekly tournaments from now on. I owe it to the offense to relax the theme rules a bit to allow some better pitchers onto the roster, so I started with Johnny Sain who I pulled last week. I'll be up for doing Gold or Silver next week.

Remove Bombers
Go ahead and remove the Bombers. I accidently sold off all my active players and don't have the time to reconstruct roster. Thank you for your time and effort!

FYI to OL members in Bronze
Given the disaster that befell the Bombers, rather than try to figure out which games to remove, I'm just going to eliminate them from the 2045 season. If someone is more inclined toward searching back through the season, they're welcome to try. Just know that you'll need the corrected standings by tomorrow.

Gold Final
Silly grabs the Gold crown.
In the AC Silly and Waffeltown (WC) have made the playoffs and can potentially go head to head in the division series if the Syrups win their WC game In theNC Lemp Ave and Coney Island are playoff bound. Should both teams win their division series they will face off for the right to play in the gold level series. South Holland, Paxville and Boulder City will be in Silver next week. Please remove the -OL and the + from your team. It avoids confusion when doing the standings. Thanks and thanks for having joined us. |

Keystone Staggers Past Asheboro to Bronze Crown
The Kops and Road Dogs slumped badly down the stretch, but their cushion on the rest of league was enough to keep them ahead of the pack, with Keystone finally prevailing, despite losing 9 of ther last 10 OL games. Asheboro was barely better at 2-8. Gem City's departure nearly enabled Las Vegas to vault to the top. No teams will be relegated.

Diamond League
Congratulations to Annandale! They did somewhat coast home in the end, but they'd already done the important leg work in OL to be almost insurmountable. However, they just missed the playoffs.
Cary got dragged into the mire, and Knockemstiff narrowly missed survival despite a whopping -126 run diff!! The Defenders swept the Shiners in the last series to put them in their place! I'm glad to have made up the numbers for a crown this week
