Thanks for the compliment! To be honest, I don't play the game a lot, mainly because I design uniforms and such if I'm on it. I am not sure exactly how to make a quick start. I simulated about 20 years with the NBL. Anyone that wants to make one is more than welcomed to.

Some of you guys have been wanting some more of these. Here is one hot off the press. The Dallas Oilers. I went with a dark blue and Gold. I used the Tulsa Oilers hockey logo. I redid it with a different font and also added the Houston Oiler logo for the I.

I've seen several people in this thread ask for a quickstart and that you've answered that you don't know how.. It really is very easy.

1. Go to "File" in game and select the "Create Quickstart Game" option and follow the prompts.

2. The game will create a file name with a .quick extension. Take this file and upload it online to a storage site. I have used and would recommend mediafire.com (takes an email address and about 2 minutes to create an account)

3. Post the link to your quickstart on the mods forum:

That's all there is to it. The reason people want you to create a quickstart is that you've presumably got all these logos and unis loaded into the game already (which takes a fair amount of time to do), plus the league structure and history. Someone else could load these all into a game and then make a quickstart, sure. But it would take a considerable amount of time and effort compared to the couple steps it would be from your computer.

Obviously up to you, but I'm sure many would get use out of it! I'm just stoked to see you posting more unis and logos in here. This is definitely my favourite set on the whole site. I released a quickstart of my New World Baseball Union league for OOTP 17 and 90% of the logos from it were from this thread.

I may make one eventually. To be honest with a bunch of these teams, I just use the same team to take pics of the uniforms before I post them. I don't have a lot of these in the game.

Here is another one. The Oklahoma City Friendlys. I know there is a minor league team there, but I guess in the NBL/ABA these guys could have been around before a minor league team.

I was messing around with this template I bought. It lets me see what these teams would like in real life. I doubt I will do all of these, but thought these looked cool. I mocked up the Brooklyn Atlantics. I love the Powder Blue home uniforms.

It has been asked several times if there was a quick start with these logos. Robo has also said a couple of times that he would like to do it, but doesn't know how.

With Robo's permission, I am in the process of creating one.

Version 1 of the quick start will be just the NBL major league teams that he has created in this thread. If the minors ever get completed or the ABA gets completed, I will update the quick start and include them.

I will post it in the quick start forum and provide a link here.
