Did you ever find that pesky pitching data table with the blank line in it?

Except for one thing. Everybody in the 2015 historical game I looked at had neutered batting stats up to and including 2015, except for Colton Murray, Frankie Montas, and Scott Alexander who all happen to be pitchers. My contention is that if you have neutered batting stats for 2015, you should probably also have neutered fielding stats because otherwise we'll probably have a lot of DHs on our hands.

I'm meaning gap seasons. Regular seasons have been reworked and will all exist. I did remove the emergency position players as pitchers though. So no more Ted Williams being rated as a pitcher.

Are you a bleepin' mindreader? I was going to test that by importing him in 1944 and seeing if he would come in as a pitcher or an outfielder. This is absolutely awesome news Spritze. Unfortunately I cannot thank this comment more than once. Thank you very much.

Erisbel Arruebarrena and Bryan Price (the current pitcher) are two that I can think of that did not play in MLB in 2015, yet showed up in my 2015 historical. Possibly because I use 3 year recalc. (?)

I do not know how that works.

Some people like John Bale,Ramon S. Ramirez of Royals one year have a 5 Star rating.
How about Importing Minor League Teams or if select just Royals it would delete all the Dulpicates and then an All-Time Past and Present Royals would be loaded?

The RealLife Stats is also blank.

What I can see all other big stars I have looked at are correct with their MiLB and MLB stats.
Good catch. I set up a league to test this and the game is importing two Oil Can Boyds.... the first on the Red Sox with MLB stats (boydoi01), the second on their AA farm team with the minor league record (boyd--001den).

Fixed. He had two different names in the databases which can make him twins not duplicates.

I seem to be having an issue with RJ Reynolds, at least with the 1986 Pirates. He's given a random jersey number, and he's not showing up in the historical lineups for that season.

Fixed ??? and when do this appear in a patch or what ??

I never saw that "other" Oil Can until now. Both in the Red Sox organizations. I got fooled when I saw the minor league version first then saw the other start a game for Red Sox. I thought they brought him up then. Crazy stuff

Hopefully it'll be in the next patch, or maybe they'll release updated historical databases like they did earlier.

Neither of these issues belong to the historical database.

I'm guessing in next patch. I have not sent the fixes in yet. I try to only send once every week or two.

I figured out the problem. Reynolds' Historical ID is showing up as reynor.01 instead of reynorj01

That's because reynor.01 is BB-Ref's Historical ID for R.J. Reynolds. That is not the reason for what you're seeing because Spritze had to go from the Lahman database to BB-Ref for this version.

I understand now. He's still showing as reynorj01 in the historical lineups database though, which I assume, and I could be wrong, is why he's not showing up in the lineups. Not a huge deal to me, was just curious. Thanks!

Not that it makes much difference to game play (more cosmetic than anything else), but Max Kepler was born in Berlin, Germany, not Berlin, NH.
