I actually love Gibson on the team. It took a few years to get used to him but I would sorely miss him at this juncture.

I think Monroe will be good based on what he has done in terms of studio work and while I have no desire to refresh my memory that Todd Jones was once the closer, I'll give him a chance.

I just wish they had more slots for Gibby but I assume that his health is a concern.

No matter how it all works out, dropping Morris is addition by subtraction on steroids.

The whole broadcast is hard for me to listen to. I understand that all of these guys are bought and paid for to a degree, but they are really bad. Nobody at Bally's or whatever they will become holds this team's feet to the fire in any way. I really wouldn't miss any of them which sucks because aside from Gibby (who is super knowledgeable but a complete bully until his health really took a turn) I liked a lot of these guys in other roles. The best guy in that town is on the radio in Dan Dickerson. He is absolutely excellent and a gem to listen to.

Was just looking at the 2023 Schedule. Going to really take some time to get used to this new play everyone format. I really dislike interleague play, but if you're going to do it, this might be the best way.
