The Perfect League World Series will go to an OL team!

The Fighting Chickens and the Cottons have each managed to overcome matchups against 110+ win whales, with each Championship series going 7 games deep. Now we play to see who gets the first Perfect League championship to be awarded to the OL.

Las Vegas nearly turned it's season completely around by winning 6 of 7. losing only to Terra Incognita. The rest of S285 played the busiest OL month of the season, taking turns beating each other up and opening the door for the Gamblers. Sad Hill slammed that door shut in game 162. The Hunters then repaid the Rustlers for pinning the only loss on Las Vegas by topping the Rustlers in game 163 and taking the Wild Card spot.

any other up/down movement for next season? So far I show 4 teams moving up from Iron to Bronze (20 OL teams in Bronze league next season!)... 3 teams moving from Bronze to Silver.... and 2 teams moving up from Diamond to Perfect (11 OL teams in Perfect... pretty sweet we already fill up a third of a Perfect tier)... online sheet updated accordingly.... be sure to double check your friend's list and update as needed (especially with new additions who haven't been in the OL league yet)


anyone moving from Silver to Gold, or Gold to Diamond? Do we have any relegations in any tier?

I think one of the pitfalls of the all-lefty team is that lefties are particularly susceptible to being shut down by opposing LHP. I just picked up a Brett Anderson for 3.5k specifically for this series, never used before, and he proceeds to throw a CGSO on 4 hits against a team of lefties on the 1.1 CON boost. What a monster debut. Now I sit on a 2-0 lead with 3 home games coming up.

But, it's a long series and anything can happen.

Reminder to all in Iron and Bronze. I mentioned it at the beginning of the week I am about to get slammed at work with a heavy travel schedule. I will not have the ability to accumulate any OL stats until the week of July 22nd at the earliest. I don’t mind doing it but I don’t see myself having the time for a bit.

P404 Series:

Tied 2-2 after 4 games. I went into the 9th inning with a 4 run lead and my bullpen blew it after drawing the Fighting Chickens down to their last strike. Then, a 6-run meltdown in the following inning sealed the loss. It is anybody's series now!
