In 1991 replays, Orel Hershiser starts the season ready to go – but he didn't make his season debut until May 29, and that was after four rehab appearances in the minors.

In the transactions DB, Orel is placed on the Inactive/Injured list two days before OD 1991. He is then activated on May 28, 1991. So, theoretically, he should not be ready to go when the season begins.

Lans, I believe Charlie Maxwell is another to be in possession of bogus pitching lines. Also Len Okrie. Also Jack Littrell.

This isn't a bug but I noticed a little thing when I create Oscar Teed as a custom player since he isn't in the database as far as I can tell, when I make a baseball card for him, it says "The 1856 Gotham" on it. Did you add that as an egg, because it was pretty cool.

Also I'm not sure if this has been fixed since I still play 24 but Lastings Milledge randomly shows up as a white dude.

It's not the historical database, but it is about historical facts in the game that can very easily be fixed.
Some loading screen hints were written a while ago and are no longer up-to-date.

Another issue with a Negro League player in the database: Melvin "Half Pint" Allen cannot be imported, because his only database ID has a space in it (pint a049hal). His MiLB ID should be allen-000hal, and his MLB ID (allenha03) is missing entirely.

Bud, might just need to further look into this one, although it may have already been seen to.

The DB has both a Cundo Galvez (galvez000cun) and Cuneo Galvez (galvez049cun), but I can only find any references whatsoever to Candido Galvez on either BBRef or Seamheads.

The Cuneo in the DB seems to come in with the appropriate stats (but his height should be 6-2 not 7-0), not sure about "Cando".
