2054 Tier breakdown:

Bronze the usual disarray, Silver looks good, one miss in Gold (again makes no sense

), and just 3 at Diamond

Iron= 1 team
Bronze= 6 teams (3 in one league; 2 in another league; 1 in a third)
Silver= 19 teams
Gold= 14 teams (13 in one league; Asylum off by themselves)
Diamond= 3 teams

Gold league:

Annadale alone in the NC East, Lemp and Nowhere paired up in the NC Central; NC West packed with 4 teams (Waffletown, Baltimore, Coney Island, and Sonora HS. For the AC, Silly, Sunday, and HelthWyzer in the AC East; Port Ruppert; Knockemstiff, and Seattle in the NC Central. No OL teams in the NC West.

Delighted to have all 3 of my teams back in the same league. AC West and AC East are fully OL. This should be fun.

Just a note that it looks like we will have a crown in diamond this week. Southpaws will have ten OL games even --- nice thing about a small 24-team league is that there are better chances of cross-league matchups and Southpaws have matchups with both OL teams in the NC West.

Tinker said he will do end-of-week. I will also do a mid-week check-in on Thursday.

Actually, there should be at least four teams for a crown chase, but, for long suffering fans of diamond, if at least two of the three teams have ten games, a crown will be awarded in diamond.

How the hell does Asylum end up all by itself? I thought perhaps there was a BFF squeeze, but that does not seem to be the case. Beside that, they're off to a 1-10 start. There goes my shot at the Wooden Spoons. Ah well, they'll have plenty of OL teams to play with next week in silver.

I'd forgotten about the Diamond discussion we had way back, as it hasn't been particularly relevant to me. I didn't even think to check the fixtures earlier today. If we're game on, I might as well do some form of daily update!

yeah, makes no sense... checked my friends list this morning when I was updating the sheet just to make sure I had Asylum friended (and I'd be surprised if it wasn't vice-versa), so no reason why they shouldn't be in the same league

As if to demonstrate the ennui that has settled in over my PT22 experience, it has taken me into the beginning of his third season with the Mundys to post Willie's newest card. The best ever.

It's definitely worth showcasing Cary's hot start. The new cards really are a dream for the Southpaws!! I may have to reconsider stubbornly sticking to neutral factors...

New York stays in front, but tied with Sugar Hill and virtually tied with Algoma. Boulder City clearly the worst so far.

Knockemstiff were all set to buy long term targets Clemens, Johnson and Speaker (subject to availability), when the team's new accountant pointed out that it made a whole lot more financial sense to get them via the missions.

It took several days of heated discussions to finally persuade management, who initially had no intention of completing ALL the missions. But, when it was explained that the move could set up the finances for the future acquisitions of Babe Ruth, Mariano Rivera and Walter Johnson, it was settled.

A week on, about 2 million pp spent, and I haven't actually added a single player to the team yet... But I'm only about a dozen cards from getting all the way to Tris!

I've really had my fill of the AH now though. I don't think I can take it for another version...
