I think this is part of the thread... John O'neil (oneill004joh) loaded in my game with "african" as facial type, obviously he wasn't african since he played in 1899 and there was no official black player in the ML since 1884 and it won't have another one until 1947.

Jack Sutthoff have one missing game started in his 1899 real pitching stats. It should be three not two, fielding is correct but the batting should be three games started not two (the rest is correct).

Cy Neighbors have no stats in his real batting stats for 1908, the fielding is correct but the batting should be 1 game and everything else set to zero (he played one inning as a defensive replacement but never went to bat).

If memory serves, the database won’t save such a line for a batting stat. All the game needs to accurately represent such a player is the fielding line though.

In my world at least he went at bat... pinch hitting for Harley Young in a 20 innings game and the manager waited until the 19th one to gave him the chance he didn't got in real life

Not sure if the previously submitted list of incorrect birth dates included Negro Leaguers, but I found another incorrect one: Tom Fiall's (fiall-000tom / fiallto01) DoB should be 1894-06-20, but appears to be 1896-06-20 on import.

Apologies if these don't go here:

1) Negro League didn't play a postseason in 1920, but there's one in the game.

2) AL/NL Championship Series from 1969 to 1984 was 2-3 format, but game has it as 2-2-1.

The game will play a Championship in every league unless you change it in Settings. That includes, much to John McGraw's dismay, the 1904 WS if you play the season, but also, much to my joy, it also will play the WS 1994. Exceptions for these might be historical transactions/lineup kind of settings. So, the NeL playing is the game working as designed.

I'll refer the format of the playoffs to OOTPD.

Ray Powell played 2 games for Detroit in 1913 but have no real stats for that season, going from what you told me last time a blank line in batting is normal but he should have stats in his real fielding (CF / 1g / 1 inn.)

Edit: the second game he was used as a pinch runner...

I guess there is no way to correct this but just in case I was wrong... Joe Evers was used one game in 1913 as a pinch runner, it was all he did in the Major League so he has no real stats tab.

Fixed that one on August 19th. The game may not have shipped out with an updated database yet. Not every patch bothers with generating a full new db. But it's fixed and that's the important thing over the longer term.
