Tom McCarthy was a right-handed reliever who first came up with the Red Sox in 1985. Tom moved on to the White Sox and saw action with them in 88-89. White Sox photos of him are plentiful but this Fritsch image is the first I have ever seen of him with Boston, his debut team.

Right hander Logan Easley was a Yankees product. The Yanks sent him to the Pirates in the winter of '86 along with Doug Drabek and Brian Fisher. Easley saw a little action with the Pirates in '87 and a little more in '89. tnfoto posted an excellent '89 B&W shot of him a while ago. This color image is dated 1987. I don't have a record of the source, but will try to find same.

I previously posted a B&W newspaper shot of Mike O'Berry as an Expo. This color shot, the first such I have seen, is from ebay seller https://www.ebay.com/str/photosofsportsheros . I'm not sure what the protocol is about posting such heavily watermarked images, but if it is not good then the mods are welcome to remove it.

Darrel Akerfelds was a right handed pitcher, drafted in the first round in 1983 by the Seattle Mariners. Darrel went to Oakland soon after with Bill Caudill for catcher Bob Kearney and reliever Dave Beard. He got a brief debut with the A's in '86, a year when Oakland was trying one pitcher after another. Darrel then moved on to the pitching-poor '87 Indians and made his contribution to the worst staff ERA since the '62 Mets. He got a few innings with the '89 Texas Rangers, had one good year and one bad year in relief for the Phillies, and was done. This is the first image I have seen of Akerfelds in his brief time with the A's.

Gerry (or Jerry) Davis was an outfielder out of Trenton New Jersey and Howard University. He was drafted by the Red Sox and first made it to the bigs in 1983 with the Padres. He stuck with the Pads as a spare outfielder in '85, but despite hitting well in limited duty (.768 career OPS in 73 career AB) he never got another chance. Images of Gerry in the '85 Padres kit are not hard to find, but this is the only shot I have seen of him in the previous Padres uniform style which he wore during his debut year. The shot is of course from the Fritsch collection on ebay,

Although he was not on the UIN list, the photo in the Pegasus pitchers pack, which is the only Thomas/Astros image I am aware of, is his airbrushed 1978 Topps photo. Here is a photo of him with the Astros during 1978 spring training, as currently offered by Larry Fritsch Cards.

Although he is not on the UIN list, the photo in the Pegasus pitchers pack, along with this much better cap swap from Cinemaodyssey, do not actually picture Lewis with the Twins. While the quality could be better, here is Lewis with the 1983 Twins, as currently offered on eBay by peptobismal_pink.
