I'm getting old and grumpy, but when someone asks for a better picture, they need to tell me better than what. Otherwise I'm left trying to mind-read what they are looking for.

The photo of Dale Willis on Baseball-reference.com is blurry, but it comes from the same source as the photo below, which is the 1983 Larry Fritsch "One Year Winners" baseball card of Willis.

There was a photo of Moxie Divis posted on this thread on Oct. 19, 1914 on the following page:

The photo does not show him with the A's, but instead with an amateur team. However, it might be an improvement over whatever photo you are looking at.

Well this was my first time ever doing a crop of my own and I think it turned out somewhat decent. On December 6, 2007, he was Rule 5'd by the Florida Marlins from the Cincinnati Reds organization but purchased by the San Diego Padres on the same day. This is a "what-if" of if he had at least been able to put on a Marlins uniform at least once.

Most people don't remember that Tim Lincecum was originally drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 2003 but did not sign. He was also drafted again by the Cleveland Indians in 2005 but he didn't sign with them either. This is another "what-if" I made to see what he would have looked like in a Cubs uniform.

Tatis started off in the Chicago White Sox farm system in 2015 but was part of the James Shields trade in 2016 that sent him to the San Diego Padres where he plays today. It is rumored that the Padres traded Shields because they were embarrassed that he gave up that home run to Bartolo Colon but I think that's just an internet meme but who knows.
