Gold League:

Waffletown went nearly unblemished in their 9 OL games (8-1) to clinch the OL crown.

Overall, Silly (overall top seed at 115-47) and Babel (2nd WC at 90-72) will represent OL from the NC; and Waffletown (top AC seed at 112-49), and Brooklyn (104-58) will represent OL from the AC. Potentially 3 teams could move up to Diamond.

On the relegation front, 5 teams will be going to Silver:
-Sugar Hill
-Sonora HS
-Lemp Ave
-Otsego
-Las Vegas

this freakin' game has waaaaaaaaay too many reverse sweeps.... go up 2 games to none in a best of 5 series against a team you easily handled in the regular season, and then lose the next 3 to blow it.... yet I still keep playing....

All assignments are set, except for Paxville, which still battles for the slot in perfect. Gold and silver still have hopes for all-OL Series. Good luck to those still playing. I'll return later in the evening with PT hardware.

Not to be for Paxville again, they got pasted 4-1 in the finals. On the plus side I can do some more experimenting next week, and it'll hopefully be quite a busy Diamond league.

Sorry for the lateness, but OL did well in PT in 2064.In addition to the hardware haul, both Paxville and West Burlington came up just short, falling in their respective Series.

Don't forget your list. Here's hoping for a repeat performance by OOTP on the friends list. We could have double digit teams in three levels and a six-pack in diamond.

It seems PT is figuring things out. I have attached gold and will post bronze when it finishes simulating. A peek at the universe screen indicated that PT got all the teams.

2065 tier breakdown:

got 'em all again.... on a roll!

Bronze= 12 teams
Silver= 16 teams
Gold= 10 teams
Diamond= 6 teams

Almost perfect. Would've been so if two AC West teams could have been in the Central, but still nice. I'll do bronze, unless someone else wants it.

I had this thought a while ago but I looked at all the preseason standings for Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze again this week and wanted to see if anyone else noted this.

When you look at the preseason standings above you see OL teams in "first place". I always wondered if this "order" is intentional and it gives a clue to how Friends lists work. That is, do you think when filling in teams those leagues with Friends list has those friends fill in first (first place!) and then other teams are filled in around them. I noticed this when two friends list seem to be used for the same league. I also noticed this with former OL teams and they often get ranked in higher preseason place that would indicate they are still considered OL friends because other OL lists still have them or they still have OL lists working (Texarkana and Cedar Rapids often ahead of some OL teams).
