ootp8.exe - Fatal Application Exit - Page 2

i have oopt 6 and have no problem with it

even ran it on the same pc and the same network

i thought that might be the problem so i unstalled and deleted ootp 6

off the pc

and now i have oopt 8 and no game to play

its been frustrating, i spent half the night and most of this morning

switching files back and forth seeing if that helps (moving
the mydocument file to the program file and vice versa, with no luck)

and i appericated all the help other users have been giving me to solve
th e issue

I had him update his video drivers (ATI X200M series) to see if it was a FaceGen issue, but that didn't seem to help.

Other than a complete drive reformat, I'm not sure what else can be done. I hope someone else picks up on something that wasn't already recommended here.

With OOTP, the Sports Interactive folder was replaced with an Out of the Park Developments folder. You'd want to use:

%appdata%\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 8\data\config

Either that, or whatever folder you installed OOTP8 in. The non-My Documents one.

but i finally got the game to work
