Bump, Marlins, Padres and Cardinals are open then we will have 30 fully active owners. We are just at the beginning of season two so this the perfect time to get in while your team is still in the race.

What is a non-OOOL league? I'm unsure on how online leagues run, but if someone helped me get up to speed, I'd love to be the owner of the Dodgers.
