Yes you can have 40 college Teams in one sub league.

the reason why i asked is because i was going to do 1 college feeder league, 6 divisons of 8 for 48 teams or is 48 teams in 1 college feeder league too much?

No it is not to much. You can have as many as you like. Did you have the computer decide how many feeder teams you need or did you use the guide below?

I was basically gonna take the default feeder league numbers and added a few teams took the top 30 NCAA baseball teams and added in a extra 19 more teams and then having 25 high school teams... However my two feeder teams doesn't have any players on them... Is it possible like if I setup my draft pool to be announced on say April 6th started the feeder season on April 10th then movie the draft players who are in upcoming draft into those feeder teams?
