Second, no one said you had to agree with the OP. What's puzzling is why, if you don't care about the game at all, are you in the OOTP16 forum, and then posting inside an OOTP16 thread, when you clearly do not like and have no time for it?

You sound like one of those people who think everyone values your opinion so highly and you want to tell the world that you're not buying the game, you're simply too good for it! Well here is a newsflash, we don't care! If you aren't going to buy the game or play it, then why hang around and say a ton of negative things about it?

We get it, it's not enough of an upgrade from 12 for you, fine, peace be with you, get the hell out and let the people that are actually interested in OOTP16 talk about the game without your negative garbage.

THANKS!
Would appreciate it if you used "I" instead of "we." Why you're so worked up over this is beyond me.

Yeah I always like to post in forums for things I don't care anything about! Makes total sense!
Well I don't know anything about constantly. I can only comment based on this thread.

Maybe because Westheim took a potentially lighthearted fun thread and made it about his irrelevant lack of interest. Why can't people be excited and have some fun in anticipation of the new version without drawing commentary that is pointless with respect to the thread? No great point was being made. No forceful opinion or serious issue was being advocated. Now it's a bogus freedom of speech claim.

You may remember a thread last month where I was asked to shut up and refrain from commenting about stuff that I didn't like or wasn't interested in for OOTP. You argued eloquently for restraint and for shutting up then. Now you argue the opposite.

So what is it? Do we have the right to post anything in any thread regardless of relevance as you argue now or should we restrain ourselves ie shut up for the general good as you argued then?

Well, that escalated quickly.

Okay, so, let's bring this back to the Road to Release series, which, yes, we're planning even as I type this. It will be awesome, and you will cry with joy while reading it, even if you don't want to buy OOTP 16.

And if you don't want to buy OOTP 16 because you never got around to playing 15, that's cool. No worries. We'll still be here when you get around to buying 16. Or 17.

Peace out.

Look at Brad. All smooth and whatnot. He's all like, "hmmm..I'm glad I woke up to such a beautiful life. I think I'll spread the cheer."

But fine. You lot crouch here beneath the table and wait for the crumbs about 16 to fall down, I'll be minding my own crap without interfering with you and your fantastic excitement any further.
What?

You're a real piece of work. I didn't tell you to keep your mouth shut because you disagreed with a post. It was because almost every post on the ootp suggestions forum could be counted on having a negative post by you saying how stupid the idea is. It's like you feel that it's your civic duty to screen all suggestions and only recommend what you feel is worthy of the developer's time. It's the overall attitude that I commented on.

Westheim is always full of lighthearted jokes and commentary. I have never once seen him be so damn negative as you are.

I just wanted an excuse to post more ice road pictures.

This will be gone before v16 is released.
