Not to my knowledge but you can always download the OOTP16 demo to convert it to OOTP17.

I like this idea, and have been toying with an idea to but a twist on it. Basically, having a feeder league or two but disabling the draft so all players become free agents when they are aged out of the feeder leagues. This way talent acquisition will become a bidding war between the major league teams. Not sure what issues will arise though, like player demands becoming out of control, salary inflation, teams not being able to field full teams etc etc.

I am loving this universe. It was an easy conversion from 16 to 17 and presents a new way of playing that is fresh and fun. Well done!

Just converted this to 17 and starting a run through for the first time. Going to take over a team that hasn't won a title yet
