Not reporting this or making an issue out of this since this is in the past, but I noticed this when going against a Perfect level contender.

Do this look like tanking? How many points do you think a team earns during a 143 win season?

I agree with you. However note that many users (myself included) create email addresses only to get additional teams and never check them. They're only used to activate the teams - I can't even remember the address or the password to those.

In PT 21 we will have better monitoring, different punishments (i.e. no access to the AH for a period of time) and more safeguards in general, so this is an area where we will definitely improve.

To really stop tanking, examine the Perfect leagues for players with many iron or bronze championships. View their history for signs of tanking. These teams need to be reported Suspend these players from future PT 2.0 seasons and consider a suspension from PT 3.0.

If you want to stop tanking, reporting teams that tanks in the past will deter tanking in the future. Suspending them now after obtaining benefits from tanking is a just punishment..
