In custom mode, the draft is coming up. How can I pick for all 30 of my teams instead of letting AI draft the players?

checker
From my understanding a winger/checker or a center/checker is for defensive purposes mainly. However, in my league I see that my 5 star winger/checker or a center/checker is also some of the top scorers in the league. How is this possible? Example, Gord Howit is a 5 star winger/checker but he scored 100 points for the season.

Are you force signing or assigning them to a team? A forced signing/trade should still show up.

Have an online game going where you have created 30 gms.

Because a checker can still have offensive skill, or could be more an offensive forechecker, where they are first in on the puck. Gordie Howe was both.

I just assign them to a team but it don't show up in their history. How can I do a force signing?

My league is custom mode. I don't think that I can switch to online league on can I ? If so how can I do it.

I don't want AI to made trades. I want to control all trades for all 30 teams in my custom mode. If I turn off trade deadline on July 1st will this also stop me from making trades in commissioner mode?

The system shows the top 100 prospects and a lot of other value data for that season. I want to copy all this information and look at it at a later date. The manual says use export CSV but it doesn't seems to be working. Is there another way to copy the data that I want?

Some of my 5 star super stars is not performing, As I look at them and see whats going on, I notice that the ones that are not living up to their potential is because they spend a lot of time in the penalty box. These guy have over 100 minutes. How can I keep my 5 star super stars out of the penalty box?

No 6th and 7th round draft picks

I just finished my draft. I manually drafted players for all 30 of my teams in custom mode. After the 3rd round I let CPU finish the draft for me. However, when I look at each teams draft picks I see that there are no 6th and 7th rounds picks added to the teams. None of the 30 teams have their 6th and 7th round draft picks. I don't know what happen to them. Where are these teams 6th and 7th round picks ? Please help

Most of the things you're asking for you cannot do unless you're running your game as an online one and just GMing every team.

Likely because your minor leagues are probably too small, the draft pool wasn't big enough. It should balance out in the coming years.

Likely because your minor leagues are probably too small, the draft pool wasn't big enough. It should balance out in the coming years.

There were enough players for teams to get a 3rd, 4th and a 5th pick. Example, New jersey only got their 1st and 2nd pick so did others teams had draft picks missing. What happen to the picks that was available/

1. How can I add a second farm to my 30 NHL teams? I don't see where it gives me that option.

2. How can I add other leagues in custom mode? Such as college NCAA WHL Junior and Swedish leagues and other leagues? I don't see where it gives me that option.

3. If I turn off trade I know that it will stop IA from making trades but can I still make trades by force trade if trade is off?
4. How do I force a free agent signing and it shows up in the player history?

As far as I know, you cannot add a second farm team in custom mode, nor can you add other leagues. If the trade deadline has passed, I don't believe even commissioner mode overrides that (typically, whatever is on the rules page is inviolable except for July 1).

technical Issue
My game is a custom game (no online). As I learn more about the game, I realize that I need my game to be an ON LINE game. This fits my needs better because with an on line custom game i can control all 30 of my teams and AI can't make move that I don't want. I don't want to start a new online game from scratch because i have put too much time in this game. I like to know if I can start a new custom online game with the same structure as my old game and transfer all my teams and all the data and information from the old game to the new game. If this is possible how can I do this ?
