Tampa Bay Rays are open. (Preseason predicted to be a top 5 team in the league. Lots of Major League talent, with a great farm system as well).
Boston Red Sox are open. (In full rebuild mode, but has a strong system, #6 pick & still have Devers). |

Milwaukee Brewers and Washington Nationals are open.
Two teams in very different spots. Nationals are currently playing .655 baseball, while the Brewers will likely be in the fight for the #1 overall pick (although they have a ton of young talent). We'll be starting the draft fairly soon, and are in the point of the season where trades should begin happening soon. |

Washington Nationals are open.
Nationals are just outside of the playoffs currently, so a new GM will have a chance to get them in. Looking ahead to the offseason, the have a lot of money available & may have the reigning NL Cy Young winner in Stephen Strasburg |
