From Injured List to Retired to Another team in day - Page 2

I checked for career ending injuries and found only 1 in '60. He stayed retired as proper.

There were none in '59 for me to check on.

For what it's worth, this issue still happened with the final build of OOTP 21. When I moved to the first day of the offseason, I ended up with some players in the DFA on my 1985 Orioles who were on the team in real life in 1985 but in my universe had retired ages ago.

So whatever is causing this is still happening. Kind of stinks because each time I move to a new version and try this to see if it's fixed, I have to delete my league and re-import so I can do the workaround. Hope to see this fixed for OOTP 22 - I'll be happy to send my league files if the devs want them.

This is still happening for me in OOTP22. Granted, I did import the league from '21. It's been a persistent occurrence every year.

I just imported my league over to OOTP23 and advanced from postseason to offseason WITHOUT doing my workaround - I left "Automatically import historical rookies" checked - this time I didn't have any retired players show up on teams they were still playing on that year in real life. So it appears this issue may have finally been resolved in OOTP23 and beyond.

However, I did still have six players who went undrafted a few game years prior, never signed and either retired or got deleted, but then were miraculously resurrected by OOTP23 when I advanced from postseason to offseason. Not sure if this was related or a separate issue, but I'll probably just keep unchecking "Automatically import historical rookies" each time I go from postseason to offseason just in case.
