4 open teams after we wrap up our 8th season of play and enter the offseason.

Available Teams:
Houston Astros - Just lost the World Series, but have now made the playoffs in all 8 seasons we have been running. 5th ranked budget and in good shape financially. Farm system ranks 25th in the league, but their Major League roster is loaded with talent.

Milwaukee Brewers - Ended the season on a 28 game losing streak and will have the 1st pick in the draft next season. They have the 16th ranked budget in the league, but over $100M to spend in free agency coming up. Their farm is 20th in the league, but is headlined by CF Tommy Georgakopoulos

New York Yankees - They'll have the #4 pick in our next draft and have some decent talent on their Major League roster. Their budget ranks 6th in the league and their farm 10th. Outside of two long contracts on their books, they have plenty of room.

Detroit Tigers - Solid team, just missed their 5th straight playoff appearance. They're a little tight on money right now, but some solid budgeting could free up some money. Their farm ranks 21st in the league, with a couple decent prospects in it. Their best player is CF Mike Percival, who is among the Top 5 in the entire league.

Great league and commish that sims daily. The current teams that are open range from a WS contender to a rebuild in progress.

The daily sims allow for any rebuild to move along quickly.
