We are way over budget and will be unable to re-sign any upcoming free agents at this time.

We are a young team with 2 rookies in the rotation and a young Billy Pierce. Thomas, Baines, Guillen, Ward & Kreevich are all rookies. Alomar has seen his best days.

Along with 5 Sox players i do have several fictional players for injury purposes. For now injuries are set to low. After the draft i'll put it at normal.

We have the best overall minor league system.

OD roster.

I'm going to sim most of the season.

Mariners are the best team in baseball after 1 month.

14-13 in April. ½ GB AL Central.

We got off to a rough start but finished the month strong. we ranks 1st in homeruns but are near the middle to the bottom in everything else.

Several divisional games this month and 2 series vs the NL Central.

I moved SP Bart Johnson to the RR and recalled SP Jon Garland.
the pen is strong except Cadore. If he struggles in May I will recall RP Kelly Wunsch.

15-12 in May, 29-25 . 537 1½ GB AL Central tied for AL Wildcard.

We played a bit better in May but still have many holes in our lineup and 1 in our rotation. I moved Leon Cadore as the 5th starter with Garland going to the pen.

I think i am getting charged for releasing all the original Sox players, so I have 0 $$ to re-sign any of my upcoming FA. I will trade several away for cash in July. I can only trade Sox players for other real Sox players or for cash.

No comments on the schedule since all i am doing is simming.

Overall i am happy with the staff except for Garland, Cadore & Shingo.

While i am happy for the most part with the offense, there are layers that are struggling and since they are FA, they will be the 1st layers i trade away in July. I want One Dog to replace Kreevich by mid July and Paul to replace Melvin.

Knickerbocker is pretty solid.

For some reason I continue to get bored of this league. I am trying it one more time but changing up how I do it.
1. I will use real Sox coaches, for the most part. As current players retire and become coaches i will try to hire them.

2. all incoming rookies are on rookie contracts, any veterans get whatever contract OOTP assigns.
3. 99% sim only. I will play out playoff games
4. Real Owners with real financial tendencies, mostly.

So I decided to go with most of my Top 30 players of all time. I did make a few subs. I took a retired TLR, Duncan & Lau, and turned them into coaches. They are unedited as coaches.

Here is the 2021 White Sox. I will post Sox news. I will post ASG standings and year-end for the 1st year. I think we will suck. I am also using a AAA so that the 5 players that don't make the OD roster can play and develop.

Tony is fully in charge (for now)

Edit: I edited JR to his age when he bought the Sox.

We rank 27th in payroll. I have $42 M for extensions so I would like to keep Dick Allen, Eddie Collins & Tim Raines. I would like to keep CJ but not sure if that will happen. Hermanson & McCaskill are doubtful.
