The Boulangers lost the series to Amsterdam but did finish on a winning note. Leadoff batter Turpin, who has been below the Mendoza line, picked up 3 hits in the win so maybe he is getting untracked.

The league champion is up for grabs in both leagues while Christiansen Fenger looks like a shoe in for the batting crown (.455).

It's fun to imagine just what type of career awaits this 21 year-old dynamo playing for Copenhagen Cyclists. On top of the amazing skill set he was gifted, Christiansen plays in the city he was born.

So many areas of his game are off the charts. I especially like, and always have, players who walk more than they whiff.
