Agreed. Great stadiums and these directions plus, your willingness to make the signage moddable, makes it very simple to customize for any league.

Chattanooga, TN - Lookout Landing
For the last of the 100 largest MSAs (minus three Florida ones - but I'm passing on those for now), we are off to Chattanooga. The actual stadium is ATT Field, but I decided to have some fun with the name. The park itself overlooks the Tennessee River, so I tried to bring that into the background of the stadium (along with the park-like setting.) The stadium itself plays sort of neutral, but the shorter wall in right aids left handed power hitters.

Also, post Chattanooga I have a few other new cities I've been working on, so those will be posted in the next week and a half. After that I'm going back and reworking some of my old stadiums (changing backgrounds, adding day/night textures, upgrading the templates I'm using for signage.) We'll see what all gets touched up in quarantine, but I think there should be new or revised material in here through May. |

Portland, ME - Hadlock Field
Hadlock Field is the home of the Portland Sea Dogs, and has two large walls in left and right field. I made it a bit smaller capacity wise (a la Fenway) and added a lighthouse in center.

Is there a way to edit the color of the text on the dugout textures? I saw your 4 minute tutorial, but I can't figure out how to change the color of the text.

Lexington, KY - Whitaker Bank Ballpark
Whitaker Bank Ballpark was another fun one to put together - I liked putting the warehouse in right, and it has a smaller, more intimate feel. The park itself is relatively large, so it has space for doubles and triples and deflates home run totals.

If it is a text box, Gimp has a handy guide that walks through a lot of the basic processes in the program, like changing font color. You can find the font overview here: https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-tool-text.html. If it's not a text box, you should be able to use the paint bucket tool to change the color that way. Hope that helps! |

Springfield, MO - Hammons Field
Hammons Field is a pretty standard minor league park, excluding the two buildings in right that shorten the wall distance. I decided to give it a bit of the Busch Stadium brick treatment, and kept the small forest and Missouri Department of Conservation sign on the batters eye.
The field size is a little small, so it has the high home run/low batting average effect. Zip file can be found here Park factors ![]() Day ![]() Night ![]() |

Mobile, AL - Hank Aaron Stadium
Hank Aaron stadium was the home of the Mobile Bay Bears before they moved north to Madison, AL. The stadium itself has high walls all around the field - I tried to replicate those but couldn't get it to work just right. There are also a couple of memorials to Aaron's career in the background - the 3771 hits and the 755 home runs.
the park is relatively hitter neutral, but the proximity to the gulf and deep walls depress home run numbers. Zip file can be found here Park Factors ![]() Day ![]() Night ![]() |

A while back I started just doing one picture per field - it got a bit cumbersome to do both. So in game it's just the one field image. If you want to know how to take the pictures yourself I can send you a how-to.

Corpus Christi, TX - Whataburger Field
Whataburger Field is right on the Gulf of Mexico and has a cool depot that I kept as the batters eye in center field. It's a little bit smaller of a park, so there's a higher home run rate and lower averages.

Savannah, GA - Grayson Stadium
Grayson stadium is an old WPA park that has hosted several minor league and independent league teams. The stadium has a closer wall in right, so its wall is pretty tall. I added some Green Monster-esque seats on the top of the wall. The park itself is relatively large, so it deflates home runs and inflates doubles and triples.

Duluth, MN - Duluth Trading Co. Dome
For work I had to travel to Duluth in April once - and there was still four feet of snow on the ground. If ever there was a place that needed a dome, it's Duluth. So, I took their independent league stadium (Wade Stadium) and turned it into one. The park is a little bigger, so it gives up more hits and less homers.

I think Duluth deserves an expansion team in my league. They have the stadium for it now!

New Version of BB&T Park
Both the new and old version of the game's prk file does not load properly. The new version's skp file shows no crowd, but when you objexport it the crowd shows up but is not in 3D.

I re-uploaded BBT Ballpark (the renovated version.) Let me know if that fixed the problem.

Yeah, I figure we need a few more domes, because they are/were a part of baseball history. I think I've only made 2 or 3, so I figured Duluth could be a good location for another one.
Thanks! I hope you enjoy having it in game. |
