Would love to see txranger tackle some, if not all, of the related teams for my WLAB and TBS 001 dynasties, but due to how I unfortunately behaved earlier, he probably won't be very interested in helping me out here, I strongly suspect, at least as of the present time. And he's probably not the only one who might feel that way still at this point, I believe. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I am at this point in time, to be sure.

I'm quite sure he could certainly do excellent work on the remaining teams still needing at least some more work done for them all here, if and when he wanted to help me out here more. As could many others here, as well, I think, somehow. But I'm still not holding my breath on that, so to speak here, of course, though. I really made a rather huge mess of things years ago, for sure, but I seriously do hope that I've learned to be much better here with my various graphics-related requests and all on these forums, in any case. As far as you creating more dynasties, I somehow suspect that you will be creating at least two more sometime in the near future, EC. I know you said you only want to create one more, but people are regularly producing such great work, even now, that you probably won't be able to resist using easily enough later on, if at all, I think.

As for my sports dynasty-related plans at present, I happen to currently think that for the time being, at least, my WLAB and/or TBS 001 dynasty/dynasties will be my main one or ones to play, if not the only ones I'll play here in the near future. Unless, of course, certain circumstances require that I do more with other dynasties of mine, for various reasons, including my work for Lighting Up the Darkness, for instance. Just so you know, EC. Here's who I'd most likely recommend for the St. Louis Cardinals in terms of initial players for people's dynasties, at least for the first 25 to 30 players here. Of course, others would probably prefer to use others here, but these are my recommendations for such at the moment:

I don't have Ted Simmons on this roster, because I think he fits better with the Brewers, quite possibly. I may have also put Tim McCarver elsewhere, come to think of it, but if so, I still believe there are other good Cardinals catchers in their franchise history as well. Although I can't quite remember them at this particular moment here, to be sure, in any case.

As for the other classic teams, at least, if not other teams as well, whether restricted to just 25 players or not for their standard active rosters, I have many other thoughts about such things here, of course. And I've probably posted them at least a few times before on the forums, as well, for that matter. Please feel quite free to consider these suggestions here for the Cardinals or not, then, EC. The first players for each team in the league will be taken from the players that played in the 1901-1920 decades.

Once I have used all of the best players from that era, I will go to the next decade for new players... 1921-1930... 1931-1940... 1941-1950 and so on until I use all of the players into the modern era.

It could be quite a few years before my favorite player, Stan "The Man" Musial will play in my all-time all-star league.

I still think it would be good for you to potentially consider using players who never played for one of the classic 16 teams in your next dynasty, EC. And perhaps even start earlier than 1946, at that, as well. But it's up to you how you want to play this next dynasty of yours, of course, if and whenever possible and desired, supposing you're given enough time left in this world to do so often enough and all.

I don't think you should quit reporting on the IPA, either, EC. I do enjoy reading about it, although I certainly can understand how it might be a bit more challenging to handle as you get older in your life, for sure.

As for me, I'm still waiting for some help related to the other relevant teams as far as potential graphics for them, as they relate to either my WLAB dynasty or my TBS 001 dynasty, because I know I won't likely be able to do as good work on them as others might be able to do here, in certain ways. I hope someone can do better work for the Cheetahs, for example, that I've yet been able to do, or have generated for me through AI art generator-related sites soon, of course. But I'm uncertain just how many people might be willing to help me here, even with me trying to make my relevant requests as clear and concise as possible here, in truth.

For what seems like the 100th time, EC is going to offer his unsolicited and probably useless advice that you don't seem to ever use.

It is very hard to get graphics folks to do personal requests... they just don't do many any more... each graphic guy has his own thread where he just create what he likes... occasionally, range_20 and hurricanekevin will do a personal request... a few others occasionally jumpe in a do a personal request... even one of the greatest, possibly the greatest of alltime, txranger has "seemed" to slow down creating new logos, jerseys and caps in that historic and great Retro Thread.

But I can understand his slowing down... we have burned him out over the last decade... he has more than earned the right to slow down.

You never seem to listen to me, but you might get better results if you would post each one of your requests in its own thread here on the Mods Forum... you would get better response if you would keep your request VERY, VERY SIMPLE... just give the name of the team and the colors you would like... NOTHING MORE.

Your requests are much, much too complex and complicated... nobody will read them because they are too much to read... that is the MAIN REASON you don't get any help.

Your advice is never useless, even if I don't seem to heed it and all like I should. It is not your fault that I have problems from time to time when people have tried to give me useful advice, both here and elsewhere, in my life. There must be some reason I have problems at times when people have done that, or at least one, anyway. There must be at least something, if not many things, in me that are most likely causing me either to not fully understand it as needed or causing me to not fully heed it as needed, at least, whenever and wherever sufficiently appropriate in my life. Whether unconsciously or consciously, at least one reason clearly exists for me in it, in relation to my life, for sure.

20_range and hk are doing very good, if not great or excellent, work of late. You said that now that many are at least somewhat able to do certain things by themselves sufficiently well now, things have slowed down on that front, in terms of activity on the Graphics-related forums, I believe. Or something along those lines, if I'm not too mistaken here about such things, that is. Also, I suppose that a lot of the major graphics creators have either left the forum or slowed down due to age, if not left this world entirely by now, for various reasons, so that's probably part of things here.

txranger has more than earned the right, as you said, to slow down, especially as he gradually approaches his 70th birthday, if I read his avatar's profile picture properly enough here. He's done much more for this community, for sure, than many other people have likely done elsewhere in life, in any number of occupations and all for this world of ours, with all the great work he's done for it here, in my humble view.

I do listen to you, even if it seems I don't at times. But there are a lot of long-standing issues I've had to deal with for a long time in my life, even before I ever knew I had AS, I'm sure. I've probably always dreamed big, many times, but simplicity is not something I'm very good with at times. Many of my Kaneva designs and certain other things related to Kaneva were rather complex or rather big indeed, and very detailed, at least, if I remember correctly enough here, as well, for that matter. In any case, I do appreciate your and certain other people's advice, even if I don't always seem to follow it and all, in truth, EC.

It is often quite difficult for me to keep certain things focused enough, concise enough, and clear enough in my life. It has been so for most, if not all, of my life, as far as I can recall easily enough, and it probably will remain so for most, if not all, of my remaining time on this planet before I leave it behind forever, whenever that'd come to pass for me in this life.

In any case, God is in my heart and He is in my mind, and I know He will never leave me nor forsake me, as long as I continue to follow Him as best as I can while I'm still here in this world of ours, for sure. The road ahead for me will most likely be quite bumpy for me, in certain ways, in the future, like it or not, but He will take care of me, just the same, as long as I remain in Him, and He in me, most definitely. As He will for anyone else who is His, come what may in this world of ours, whenever it comes and however it comes, before His return to Earth once more.

Yes, leagues can use secondary logos, or at least they could through version 22, EC. You just have to select them, and use them, as you like and can, it seems to me. CD out.

I've worked out more details for my WLAB dynasty-related universe. While I don't plan to add any more leagues to it before 1876, I've decided that the first two football leagues in it will be the North American Football Organization and the Professional Gridiron Football Consortium, both starting around 1920 or so, more or less. The NBA will be the first of the basketball leagues in it, while the NHL will be the first of the hockey leagues in it. I haven't figured out what to call the related soccer league or leagues in it yet, though.

Here are my plans related to that universe, in any case, to be sure. Although certain dates may change in it between now and the listed dates below, of course. Now is 1874, and baseball is currently the only sport with active pro teams in it, in two overall leagues beginning in 1871. That will remain the case, I figure, until sometime in the 1910's, or thereabouts, anyway:

Baseball (1871 start)
Hockey (C. 1915 start)
Football (C. 1920 start)
Basketball (C. 1945 start)
Soccer (C. 1975 start)

Now I don't yet know if I'll be able to reach the 1910's, at least, before certain future circumstances happen for me and/or others in this world, but I'm certainly going to try, in any case. If I can, I'll see about creating a related hockey dynasty in one of the versions of FHM I have either now or in the future, I'm reasonably sure. As far as simulating/playing games for the other three sports, et cetera, I'm not quite sure how I'll be able to do that here well enough, if and when I would actually be able to do so when necessary and/or desired. But maybe I'll be able to find a way to get related sports-type results for teams and leagues in those other sports later on, somehow.

Maybe you might want to create a league containing every team that hasn't yet won either a Pro Cup or other kind of overall league title in your previous leagues, which shouldn't be too many right now, right? How many teams in your IPA still haven't won a Pro Cup, as far as you know, at present? Just a suggestion here, that's all. CD out.

But that really doesn't interest me... I'm not into weird leagues like that... a league composed of teams that have never won the overall league title doesn't pique my interest.

Maybe an all time all star league with the best players from each of the 16 original MLB franchise is something I may create one day.

29 of the 64 teams in the Islandian Pro Alliance have never won a Pro Cup in my Islandian Pro Alliance in 80 seasons.

Yes, that's a shame... that is a pretty high percentage of losers.
That's just way the AI did things... the game usually does a good job at creating realistic results... I have always been pleased with my league records as far as homers, doubles, triples, strikeouts, no-hitters, perfect games, shutouts, stolen bases, BAs, .400 hitting, hitting streaks, etc... they have always been believeable.

Nope, I will stop the IPA at 100 years for sure... if I make it.

I am going to try to really speed up coverage on the IPA so I can finish it in the next year or so... I will not do so many reports or cover it in the detail I used to... it just takes too much time... I am burned out on the IPA... really just want to finish it and then set up my ultimate, perfect league... it will probably be a historical league using the top players from the 16 original MLB franchises... I will begin with the players from the first two decades for the first-year rosters and then go to each succeeding decade for future players.

I do enjoy the reports, though, as I'm sure others do too, EC. Have been working on my main story a bit today and yesterday, but there's a lot of work that will have to be done if I'm somehow ever going to be able to get at least a first draft of it completed by November, if not a final draft, for sure. I'd like to have at least two or three, if not four, drafts for it before I lock everything down for it totally, and it would really help if I could get a sufficiently usable national map made for Cirriddiqua/Slaabovia by the time I finish work on the story's main text well enough, too.

As far as any or all of my suggestions go sufficiently related to the IPA here, of course you can choose not to use them, or to do so. But I still say I wouldn't mind it if you could and would choose to lengthen its total known history past 100 years, Lord and time willing and permitting and all, you know. But ultimately, it is your league to run as you wish and all, for sure.

As far as things go for me and mine, Mom recently had a knee operation, and she's still recovering from it and dealing with other things in her life, of course. Dad is about as he has been, more or less, I think, since going to that care center he's in now. I'm more or less okay physically and all, and grateful for every day God allows each of us to live in our lives, whether it's my parents, my siblings, me, or anyone else close enough to me in my own life, of course. Whether certain days are difficult or not for any or all of us, I'm still grateful for every day that I'm still here, and that they're still here, for sure.

Although I still miss my dear departed brother immensely, and always will until I leave this world, I know he's in a much better place now than he ever was in his life here on it. He's with the King, and I hope to be with him again one day, never to be involuntarily parted from him again for all eternity. But that is not yet in God's plan for us both, it seems. One day, Lord willing, it will be. But until then, I will do His will as best as I can in my life, for sure. CD out.
