Hey Justafan,

I was wondering about something that keeps coming up when I create a jersey without any buttons. There seems to be a black line or shadow in the center of the jersey. You can see it in the profile picture and in the game. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

The game generates that shading layer. Nothing you can do about it. We have asked for some time now to get it removed, but its still there.

My malware software keeps deleting the jersey creator every time I download it. I assume it's a false positive, but wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue?

I just did a scan at Virus Total (File checking is done with more than 40 antivirus solutions.) and everything passes except Norton reports "WS.Reputation.1" which seems to indicate that Norton simply has never seen the app before.

I believe you are getting a false positive.

Yeah, I figured that's the case. It looks so wonderful, ALL of the programs do, and I can't thank you enough for doing it and then providing it for free. I've got to figure out now how to make Norton ignore it and let me download it anyway. I know that can be done, and I'll find out how, I just don't know how right now.

But wanted to thank you very much for your efforts here. Man that program looks like exactly what I've been wanting for several versions now.

Just a guess (and I could be wrong, I'm no expert), but I think the reason why anti-virus software can give false positives for my apps is that they establish an internet connection for the automatic updating and it may raise an alert in anti-virus apps.

I like to play in the 1870's and love to use uniforms with suspenders and different styles of ties because it really give me the feeling of playing in that era.

I down loaded Jersey Creator and really love it but there is no way to create suspenders and different styles of ties for my jerseys.

Would it be possible to convert my old jerseys in PNG to XML so I could create a template to use in Jersey Creator? And if so How would I go about doing it?

No, it doesn't work that way.

I don't know when, but sometime in the future I will release a version with some vintage elements.

Ok I tried the extra layer and it works great though you can not change any parts of the jersey's colour you can add short sleeves, shading, shadows, texture and buttons if the jersey does not have any.
You can use thin pinstripes if the colours do not clash with the tie and suspenders.
You can also use the other items if you like but I prefer a relatively plain 1870's look.

I have made a few variations with paint such as changing tie directions, shapes and sizes, added buckles to suspenders and changed jersery colours to suit my pyrposes and keep them different from one another.

It is very time consuming for me to do this with paint and over the years I had more than couple of dozen but lots them do to fried hard drives. Then I restart and do it all over again. It would be nice to have Jersey Creator do it for me but I will just make do until that day comes.

Here is a link to my drop box if you would like to see some to help give you some ideas if you ever plan to make it happen. They are not that great but maybe they can inspire you to try something.
