I think the way to do it is to do a .mtl that works across all versions as a default, and then include a file in the zipped model folder with the seat colors in it. At least that's what I'm going to experiment with - we'll see how it goes.

This was the fifth stadium I made, so there was a good amount of updating to do with this one. I added some stadium signage and day/night textures, as well as some outside of the park details.

This is another moderate remodel - I added some buildings in the background and added day night textures. I also made some changes to the upper deck of the stadium so the camera functions better in game.

I think this is one of my most redone stadiums at this point, but I went back and changed some textures on the hotels next to the stadium and added some businesses behind right field.

Also I made some deeper adjustments, including moving the bullpen, adding a warehouse in the outfield, and moving in the batters eye.

Lastly for now, Shockhoe Bottom in Richmond also got a refresh. There were some smaller tweaks in the outfield, and extensive remodels outside of the park.

I also made two versions - one branded with the park name and one without.

I'm going to swing north for a few canadian renovations. First off, Stade Canac in Quebec. I made a few tweaks to the outfield (including a new batters eye and some more trees) to make it feel a bit more park-like, on top of adding the actual bullpens.

RCGT got a smaller face lift - it was mostly small changes to the outfield scoreboard areas and adding actual bullpens, along with some extra branding.

Lastly for this batch, I did a pretty extensive rebuild of Foothills Stadium in Calgary. When I originally created it I wanted to have the Miller Parkesque fan roof, but didn't really know what I was doing, so the model ended up looking like this:



I decided I wanted to redo it, and because it's a retractable roof stadium, I also decided I wanted to do a closed and open version. After looking over it I decided it was too complicated to just add the roof, so I rebuilt it from scratch.

The new one has a fan roof that..doesn't exactly fit, but looks a bit more realistic:


And the closed one just has the fanned out roof over it.

Huge improvement on the Calgary stadium - I have a Calgary franchise in my fictional league so the upgrade will be welcomed by their fans!

The Durham model was one of the first where I built out an extensive surrounding area, and was the first where I began to realize why different textures could be useful. I changed out a lot of the textures on the surrounding buildings.

Yep! I've just started using Low's logos, since they're high quality and easily accessible. If you search his thread you should be able to find it.
