Here we go...

Microsoft has issued an acknowledgment that MS15-044/KB 3057110 and MS 15-051/KB 3045171 -- both massive font driver updates that fix TrueType font handling in Windows, .Net Framework, Office, Lync, and Silverlight -- can cause Windows 7 and earlier PCs to freeze.

Good morning, Justafan. Thank you. Good question. That update might have a different KB# for other versions of windows. Don't know that for sure, though. And it might only be a Vista problem, which wouldn't surprise me at all. LOL I originally had windows XP, which I loved. Upgraded to Vista. And I should upgrade to 7.

Ahhh. There ya go. I wonder if they are going to put out another update to fix it?

Thanks, Justafan. I just tried the fix-it posted by Golden software. It didn't work so I just uninstalled it again. I'll just skip that update for now. Everything is working ok. Have a nice day. I'm hungry, now. lol

Just out of curiosity, why would you post a request for logos in a thread devoted entirely to a jersey creating program???

In a nutshell, try uninstalling KB 3045171 and KB 3057110, and the problem should go away until M$ issues a fix.

Until this evening everything was fine with the jersey creator, then tonight.....BAM! Same problem again... The updates are no longer installed so now I'm at a loss as to what the issue is...

Yep, mine's not working either - both updates unistalled, had initially fixed it...

Be careful, guys, that Microsoft doesn't try to pawn that update off on you again after you uninstall it, through automatic updates.

It did that to me twice, so I had to disable auto updates. Beware the evil that is Microsoft updates KB 3057110 and KB 3045171, my friends!

I disabled Bill's auto updates a long time ago after it screwed my system up so much I had to re-format the whole system!

Right. I initially thought that too. However, if those two files have returned I have been unable to locate them. I went looking for them first.

Yes, this happened to me right after I uninstalled it. The next morning I had it installed again. What I did was highlight the update and then clicked to hide that update so it won't keep giving it to me. My auto update is still on. I've had no problems since I hid the update. Have fun. This game is the best........by far.

I've just gotten 6 new updates from windows. Installed them and everything is still good. Hope it stays that way.
